crazykid1297 51 Posted August 15, 2013 (edited) Hello, I believe that satchel charges serve no purpose except to blow things up. In the mod as it is, it's a hacker's favorite item. I personally believe that the item should be removed from the mod entirely, but I want the opinion of the community on the item. Post here with your opinion, should satchel charges stay or go? OfficerRaymond 2064 Posted August 15, 2013 I think they should stay, but in a different form. You should have to craft a sort of explosive device with various collectable materials. Not to make DayZ into Terrorist Simulator 2013, but items like fertilizer and other explosive compounds could be made into a bomb with a timer. This is where scrap paper and stuff could come into play, ingredients lists and things like that could be added. Thus the only real problem is from dwindling duper stockpiles, disappearing fast nowadays and on private hives, who don't count and have control of the solution for themselves anyway. It's always suspicious to see someone with a life time supply of satchel charges hanging around the hospital.
