Hey guys working on DayZ mod,

 

I personally believe the removal of the M107's is a tad bit silly. I understand you guys did it to troll hackers or something but all they have to do is bring in a DMR there's not much hackers can get away with on DayZ servers with Battleeye so please bring back the M107 it was such a beautiful gun and you would rarely have anyone with it which made it even more beast & it gave people something to strive for because at the moment the DMR is classed as the greatest sniper. It's piss easy to get therefore once you get it you get bored?

 

The M107 brought an amazing amount of fear with it once you let off one of those shots in electro. Makes the game so much more interesting knowing that there is a gun with the capability to one shot a chopper or just make as much noise as it does & not to mention it's close relative the AS50 man it was cool knowing you could get one but it's the rarest gun in the game so alot of people strived to find it spent great hours playing to find it. I have personally never seen one in a DayZ server and I was on before you removed them but I knew it was a possibility to get one which made me wanna play more and I spent hours & hours trying to find m107's. Because they are that amazing and when you have one you feel like god haha.

 

So please take all that in mind they are amazing weapons and make DayZ so much more interesting.

I disagree. If the weapon was an endgame type of item then It would be fine, but the fact that there are hackers, duplication glitches, and multiple other ways to make these types of weapons abundant which completely take away from the gameplay and just end up creating a freshspawn duckhunt. If you are a real good player, then a DMR is all you need to take down anything from a person to a chopper.

NO. Do not bring these guns back. (M107/AS50) They have no place in Dayz and are OP as F#$%. If there is one thing I am happy the Dayz team decide to take out of the game its them.

No. These guns are overpowered and apart from that why should a gun provoke fear. The Infected should... If you want go find a PvP post apocalyptic game where there are no zombies.

I'd only agree to having those guns back if it was reduced in damage but judging it as it was meant for anti-material over anti-personnel, I'd say no.

 

There are better alternatives to other long range rifles..

 

SVD, M24, M40, DMR, Hunting Rifle and others I haven't listed

NO WAY! DayZ should be more about revolver & Lee Enfield like in Walking Dead ( so it would be hard to earn weapons ) rather than make it look like a Call of Duty extra-modern weapon bullshit with lazer-sights and stuff.

hu guyz, can we lik, have no bullet gravity shit cuz dats just unrelistic, we need no recoil and insta-kill from as50, and we need a kilstreek with like, aimbots and moabs, so like, plz add this cu this game is like 500x better than cod cuz you can kill people with more gunz
