How do I know which ones in DayZ Commander are public whitelisted?

Public servers cannot be whitelisted.

 

The difference between pubic and private, is private servers have a small cloud beside the name, public don't.

HOLY CRAP! All these are public hives then! WTF!? Thats a lot of servers to play on.
