Torch attach to gun

A while ago I found a rifle (a winchester but can't remember exactly) with torch attach to it on the corpse of another player, but short time after I died too...

Can we attach torch (or others accessories) to our gun?

That would be a neat idea, but perhaps you have to find duck tape or something, which can then be used as a crafting ingredient for other items.

Aside from this, the amount of slots a flashlight takes should be halved, it takes up far to many at the moment.

you probably found the combat shotgun with built in flashlight, you can't yet attach flashlights to weapons, though i'm sure rocket has that item near the top of the to do list.

For illumination you still have to go with either flares, stand-off flashlight (instead of the pistol, very cumbersome and risky), weapons with built in tactical flashlights, or night visors.

ok so it s a gun with flash not a craft, thx for the info, but it would be nice to be able to add gear to our gun (scope, silencer, etc...)

It can be done, there was a mod that had custom weapons were you could attach different bits to it like silencer, acog, scope, flashlight... .. Once ARMA3 comes out this will just be default feature.
