Of course you can. I have been playing on a macbook since the start.

 

EDIT: Sadly you must install windows to do it.

You can, but its very hard, im playing on the newest desktop IMac, and I had to split the drive with boot camp, thus putting windows 7 on the iMac...

BUTS ITS VERY HARD! and may have a probability of messing up your mac...

You should be able to...

But you need windows for ARMA 2 to run, thus you need to get Windows on there, its very hard like I said...
