After killing 500 zombies or 100 players with a gun we are lvling up our shooting skill which gives us just a LITTLE BIT of reduced recoil and faster reloading. Only 3 levels of a skill, no more. Also hunting skills -  killing 500 animals will increase our skill of hunting which gives us a chance to get more meat from one dead animal. All skills are reseted upon death

Leveling up a shooting skill (i.e. practice) can make you a faster reloader or help you be more accurate. But it doesn't magically reduce recoil.

There already is skill upgrading...

Most people are much better now than when they started playing. ^_^ Is that not enough? I don't believe in artificial skills... if you shoot 500 zombies, you'll probably get better at shooting zombies, no need for additional in-game bonuses.

Don't like this idea, skill with a weapon should be determinable by the player wielding it. All the weapons are new so you get as much of a chance as anybody else.
