This is literally the vaguest question i have ever read.

Do you mean how to install it and play?

Do you mean what are you supposed to do in game?

Are you confused by the controls?

Do you mean where to go?

please give us more than "i am new how do i play" and people might be able to help you better.

 

EDIT: psst, that means post some more information on why you are confused, not ignore us.

and if you want to use commander then instead you 

 

Install Arma 2 and Arma 2:OA

Download DayZ Commander

Go to the install and update tab in the top right corner of DayZ Commander and update Arma 2 and DayZ

Pick a server you want to play on

 

Two ways that will take you a few minutes just make sure you can run the game.
