weparo 613 Posted July 25, 2013 So, today i was stalked...After refueling my tractor at the NWAF (didn't have a choice XD) I followed the road further west, leading north, all the way north. Shortly after passing the farm at 109/029 i was fired upon, forcing me to turn around, and fleeing the scene. I am not sure what kind of rifle it was, but i suppose it was a semi automatic sniper, since only the bullet impacts and the "cracks" were audible (no gunshots). M14 maybe? or DMR? Could have been silenced too though, right? Thinking that it was safe i stopped by the farm at 019/062 to slaughter a cow. ;-P But before I could gut it I was already beeing shot at again. After running over 200 meters on the open field back to my ride, under constant fire ofc, I decided to put some "real" distance between me and my hunter. So I drove past Stary and Novi Sobor and then went through the Black Forest in order to reach Polana. A click or so before Polana i decided to take a break and hid the traktor in the woods. After some gear shifting (3 or 4 min max), while disconnecting, i was beeing shot at again. It literally started half a second before i hit the abort confirmation. Now the reason I think that it was the same guy is because the assaults were all identic: sudden bullets flying by, no audible gunshots, no muzzleflash what so ever, and a terrible aim (I didn't get hit once, i saw the impacts all around me though). After leaving the cow behind at 019/062, it started raining, which apparently prevents your vehicle from creating large dust clouds when stopping. I was constantly moving at 30 to 40 kph while driving, and obviously looked around with third person, seeing no one. So here goes the actual question: Was that legit? Can you just be stalked so easly? what kind of vehicle did he/ her have? Can you guys pull that off? I started playing the game some two or three weeks ago, so i can't really estimate it. FreshmeatDK 22 Posted July 25, 2013 The tractor creates a lot of noise, and an ATV or motorcycle is rather small. Might even have been a bicycle, it goes upwards of 20 kph. If it was a hacker, one should think that he would have included an aimbot. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
weparo 613 Posted July 25, 2013 Well, i know for sure that he didn't have an aimbot, lol! How from far is a tractor audible? I remeber bikes going 50 kph offroad, while beeing completely quiet, so that'd make sense... I was creeped the flip out, let me tell ya! Travelling half the map just to still have him on my tail was extreme tho. They should nerf the bikes then. As a cycling enthusiast let me tell you that 40 is basically the absolute maximum you will reach on a plain road. As soon as you go offroad (even w/ a mountain bike) you're not getting past 20 kph Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
