Download arma II complete collection and DayZ didn't work!

I download with the complete collection the 2 essential program to play on steam and the problem is, it doesn't want to start. I Lauch the two important download and it's writing something (like a file) was missing in operation arrowhead, what i most do???? + I need to know where (in steam) can i confirm the download with my code for opertion arrowhead.

close steam

start steam in admin (right click and run as administrator) 

right click on arma2 and properties then local files 

click on verify integrity of game cache 

 

and do the same for arma2 oa & your DLC

 

run arma2 to the menu 

and do the same for arma2 oa & your DLC

 

 

install the arma 2 beta 

install dayz

 

launch dayz if through steam press the play with beta patch

Does the beta of arma II was long to download?

You need to open BOTH ArmA 2 and ArmA 2 OA BEFORE you try to play DayZ too. Do not try to open or play DayZ before you have opened both game separately.

i do this and what happen, the same thing. it's about something said (CA_CommunityConfigurationProject_E' ) i must having that on steam, but where can i found that?????? and what is that????? now, i know it was not about missing file in operation arrowhead, it's that file ... and they keep me to don't play (something missed in the addons of DayZ)

i have 3 day with dayz without playing by that file, it make me frustated, and i'm sorry for using caps (i remove that caps).
