I have posted a helpfull video on YouTube for people struggling in game with FPS explaining the best settings you could possibly use to boost FPS. I use these settings , I dont need extra FPS on my PC, but these settings also help me with things like , spotting other players. So these settings are not just for people struggling with FPS.

I watched some of the video. Even though it's useful, I really don't want to insult your character and give you a kind reception that I do not like the stuttering even though this could be something like a disability or as simple as being nervous(Don't sweat! :) )

I found this video pretty informative for people who are new to ArMA 2/DayZ and keep doing what you're doing.

Before you make a video on something like this you should definately look into the topic. It seems like you aren't familiar with many of the settings you're are discussing.

Honestly you can give as many tips on FPS as you want, ultimately people have different hardware and different setups so even if you tweak something that gives you 5+ FPS, it may not do anything for that person, which is seemingly why threads like this are actually starting to become annoying and somewhat useless.

Only solution is to buy a new PC, as harsh as that sounds.
