HELP!!!

I just got the game and mod and Im shacking at the start and i tock the pane killers but im still shacking its a glunch is it the graphics or what? PLESE HELP!!!!! :(

Nope, your most likely infected, at the bottom left the blood droplet will most likely have a faint skull logo in it, that and there will be an arrow next to the droplet pointing down, indicating that your loosing blood.

you need to find antibiotics to cure this, they can be found pretty much anywhere but hospitals and crash sites are your best bet.

i would recommending hunting animals to keep your blood up.

Im afraid a glunch is uncurable. If you want to make the most of the time you have left i would reccomend warning other people about glunches and how serious they can be.
