Average ticket support response time

Recommended Posts

Hey guys,

I am wondering if anyone knows how long it takes on average to get your support ticket looked at via the support.dayzmod.com client area.

Better yet, how long would something like changing an IP take?

Thanks in advance!

First, why are you trying to change your IP? Hmm... Depending on your tactics, you should be able to change it in under 24 hours. Open CMD and type "/ip releaseconfig" then unplug your router and leave it off for 8 hours.

Second, anywhere from 4 days to 2 weeks. Be patient. Lots of stupid children putting in tickets.

umm.. Not my IP the IP to my server... I have just recently moved my dedicated server to a new rack, and the ip range has changed, so I am trying to get my new IP address whitelisted so I can run my server accessing the public hive.

Ignore the ignorant Grumpy.

The support system is being revamped, at this time certain types of tickets are being delt with but the renewal of ip's has some problems, it is however being looked into and should be fixed ?soon?.

Due to technical issues, I cannot even attempt to give you an answer.

You're looking at somewhere between weeks and months, if at all.
