Let be honest, you know nothing about balancing gameplay.

Obviously, thats why after a year the devs still have no idea how zombies should be implemented. (Edit: Not that I'm ungrateful for the effort that has and continues to be put into the mod, you'll work it out one day guys!)

Also OP, What was your suggestion?

This is why I'm glad with Rocket's doctrine as of the new devblog; Make the options controllable at the serverside.

That's the price of rocket trying to cater to his userbase, he know that no matter what he does or doesnt do he will be blamed for it, and since he is now working on a for profit project (the SA) its just sfer for him to shift the blame for the game not being 'as expected' on the privte hives.

Trust me on this, Mr 'Im making the anti game' sobered up :/

Because if he was still planning on getting his vision into the game regardless of what you me or anyone else, there would be no server side options (beside ... server name, slot count, and the usual 'technical' stuff).

It's strange how it seems the majority of us on the forums prefer vanilla yet it is the modified servers with self-bloodbag etc that are always full.

For instance, I decided to try out some namalsk since I haven't played it in months. The only server that was populated had jets and attack helicopters and self bloodbag. Hard not to survive when you can just circle the map at a few thousand feet...
