Underground bases are planned for the standalone but it won't be in the alpha. You should follow the standalone development if you want to know more.

Not houses, rocket has already talked about and explained that he wants Underground bases. They will be whole different instances which will greatly increase the amount of content allowed to be inside the base, and besides, underground bases are much cooler ^.^

Houses have already been permanently unconfirmed by Rocket. Ever notice how it takes a lot longer to join a populated Origins server than DayZ server? Frankly, the less origin features that make it to DayZ SA the better.
