biohazard_nvts_'s ban appeal

I purchased arma 2 + arma 2 OA + arma 3 yesterday.

I bought them all at once and installed all of them, updated them etc.

Then I went and installed DayZ for arma 2.

I found out I have been banned on each and every server "Battleye admin ban".

Even though I bought the games over steam, so how is that possible?

Maybe try running steam and Operation Arrowhead as admin because that GUID has been banned for about a year now. Either the key hasn't updated properly (running as admin might solve that) or steam has dun goofed and you'll probably need to contact them or BIS.

I'm afraid it did not work, I am now trying to delete all my arma stuff 2 & 3 and reinstalling, any tips for when they are installed?

I am not banned on arma 2 or arma 3 at all. only on dayz servers. So what can steam do about it?

Btw, I also found out I am missing registry stuff for arma 2 and arma 2 OA like 4 registries

Well not yet, Bohemia Interactive said they could not help me with this issue. Since I can connect to any normal none modded server. and only with Dayz mod.

And for steam, I have not recieved an answer yet.

That guid, if one quickly enters it into google, has been kicking around for some time and is on many ban lists.

Are you *sure* you recently bought a new copy from steam?

Completely sure?

'Cos they *will* know.

If so, talk to steam, there's a tiny tiny chance someone has been given the same unique ID as you.We cannot help you directly here.
