DayZ Standalone suggestion

I think that since I heard about diseases are going to be in the standalone, I think that if a person is dead, the items on the body will gain a disease in the item if the blood touches it... so for example: I have my akm on my hands and I get shot to death, depending on the way I die, the gun has a chance of getting a disease from my blood, because sometimes I think some diseases are transmitted from blood. Not sure if its a good idea, but that's my two cents :)

hej hello! mind to read the stickies before posting? you really should consider an expressive appropriate title for your suggestion, as well as some tags.

Yup, pretty much confirmed by Rocket already. That's the plan anyway, don't expect to see it in the initial release though, if you do it may be a simplified version of a more complex design we'll see further on in development.

If you watch the recent Rezzed presentation you'll see he he talks about every object in the world being able to have it's own stats attached to it, that will include if it is carrying a disease or not and it's also the reason he showed the disinfectant.

As above I highly recommend people watch the recent Rezzed and E3 presentations, we're seeing a lot of suggestions ATM that have already been discussed by Rocket.
