Globally Banned

Before I got the message that I had been 'Globally banned' I was having problems loading up my game on the 7th of June around 22:00 UK time onwards. I finally got the error fixed and I tried logging into my clans private server (of which I am an Admin) and I got this message listed below;

You were kicked off the game. (Battleye: Global Ban #d6ac45)

I have never used any sort of hack tool since I started playing the game although I did download something claiming to help with performance issues I was having, it turned out to be a hack thing which I deleted instantly, I never used it and logged into my server and had a few hours of playing time. I log off after dealing with some guys attempting to use their cheat things and come back 2-3 hours later to find that there is something wrong with my key. The next morning I fix it and try to log into several servers which I get the global baned message... after talking to fellow admins I realise what a stupid mistake I had done by downloading something that I didn't know about but I was desperate to fix my performance while playing the game.

Other than that, I do not know what else could have caused this but please, This game cures my boredom, I need it :P

Somone could have stole your CD-Key. The best thing you can do is this

1. Go to a online store and buy a A new one

2. Get a cd key changer.

3.profit

but,if you were actually hacking i dismay you from buying another one.

Wotsit, No one on mod forums can help you with a Global Ban. You will need to contact Battleye Support http://www.battleye.com/support.html if you cheated they will have proof, so don't waste your time.

You clicked it and that was all that was needed :( It stole your key and then a scripter used it on another PC and got it banned for life.

Your only option is to make sure it really is gone, then buy a new key and start again.
