Fraggle (DayZ) 15720 Posted May 29, 2013 1. Buy ArmA 2 and ArmA 2:Operation Arrowhead on Steam (Together they are called Combined Operations)2. Run both ArmA 2 and ArmA 2: Operation Arrowhead once to complete installation.3. Download DayZCommander from http://www.dayzcommander.com4. Run DayZCommander and click the "install/update" button from the top menu.5. Click "Install" next to ArmA. Wait for the download and install to complete.6. Click "Install" next to DayZ. Wait for the download and install to complete.7. Press "Done" to close the versions panel.8. Filter "DayZ only" from the dropdown box on the left and join a server, if you want to play other mods you will need to install them also via the install/update menu. 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Don't try to engage Zs unless you have a clear way out.Zig zag through pine trees (the ones that go all the way to the ground) to lose a tail of Zs.Avoid people.Read tutorials on the insane game mechanics and inventory.That's all you need to know!
