Help me optimize DayZ for a better experience?

Ok so I do ok fps wise but I can still get REALLY low fps in higher populated places like Cherno or Elektro. I know this isn't a Graphics problem as I have a HD 7950 so more than likely it is my CPU. Here is currently what I have in my DayZ commander launch so add anything that should be in there or remove/edit stuff that shouldn't...

-nosplash -skipIntro -noPause -CpuCount=4 -maxmem=4096 -maxvram=3072 -exThreads=4 -winxp -world=empty

GPU: Sapphire 7950 3gb

CPU: i5 - 2310

RAM: 8gb

Resolution: 1360x768

Oh my. I thought it was a lost cause but i'm getting 60 fps at the start. Can't wait to see what I get in Cherno.

oh course you can make all the optims, but I think ur gonna need better cpu anyway

I tried the RAMDisk thing and started getting kicked from every server I went to.

cpu bottlenecked get a i5 to match to that card. haswell out june so i5 then or i3570k now
