What happens if you get infected in DayZ and need antibiotics?

Are you on the main hive? if so i can give you some anti biotics

I'm not really sure how well it works nowadays but if you are infected, with the coughing and all, there is also a risk that players nearby will get infected.

Indeed there is, Half of TMW got infected once ^^ we always quarantine the medic after an infected run intil we know he/she is safe ;)

EDIT: That and its always annoying when we get called out to give someone a blood bag and the blood bag gives them a sodding infection xD
