'The newest Mac' ?

Whar sort of Mac?

iMac 27", MacBook Pro with Retina Display, cMBP?

I can tell you it's probably a combination of low-end graphics as well as running an emulated version of Windows on top of OSX isn't really very good for framerates.

Yeah, it's the graphics mainly.

The way Parallels works is you are running a full version of Windows within OSX so the 2 operating systems will put strain on the machine as it is, that's without DayZ playing at all.

The 650M isn't the greatest gaming card as it is but you won't really be playing it at all through Parallels.

So what do u advice me to do?

Honestly?

If you are desperate to run it you can try it through BootCamp, that's the only you will be able to play it on that machine.

You will have to fiddle about with the settings a bit but on a good day it will only run at ~30FPS, it's just not made for gaming at all and DayZ is VERY resource intensive.

However you... acquire your copy is down to you.

As a student I get free copies and I can also... find free copies if need be.

Just install the iso image on a flash drive and follow Apples instructions, it's pretty simple.

Oh, also.

You can get a free copy of Windows iso images from Digital River (An authorized Microsoft reseller) but they are only 'trial' copies and you will require a key if you want to use it for more than 30 days, you can get one if you click here.

It is only a 'trial' version since it does not come with a key, this is perfectly legal and are files provided by Microsoft themselves for anyone that needs an actual image - if you want to continue using it after the 30 days you will need to buy a license but the 30 day trial is good for testing compatibility with a new system.

Rossums gave you some top-notch advice. Bootcamp will probably get you running.

And investing in a copy of windows will be useful if you plan on continuing your PC gaming experience.

Macs are not ideal for gaming in general, due to their cases limiting upgradeability. They're essentially overpriced PCs in a fancy case (I own a mac pro and a macbook). A starter gaming pc will set you back $500+ monitor, keyboard and mouse.
