Is this good enough to play with good FPS

you'll get pretty good fps out of that system. in town, im guessing about 30-35 fps, which, is still very playable!

...makes my computer look like a 1990's computer

****ALSO; I'd check and see if you can get a downgrade to windows 7 64-bit

LOW! not anti-alising, not post processes, maybe mid texture

should be able to do it on high settings. but like Lupa said, its cheaper adn better to build your own PC. you can get a 40 fps on max in towns if oyu do that

You realize that system had a 3.8Ghz Quad Cure, 12 GB ddr3 1600 Mhz Ram, and a 7870?

Maybe mid, THe graphics card is.. okay but in towns, with zombie and such, you'll wanna run low-mid

If you custom build (like me) in towns, on ultra graphics you can hit like ~90 you don't have to spen much 2000 is for a HIGH end pc.

well my system is a dual core 2.8Ghz with onboard graphics and i get 15 fps in towns on normal/low

depending on the location, id say around 40-65
