Need Help: Add AI without restarting the server

Hello.

So there's been several requests to add AI NPCs to my server, and I'm not 100% opposed to the idea seeing as it will potentially make loot runs a LOT more dangerous and exciting than normal.

If adding AI will force me to restart the server (taking away everyone's gear and returning everyone to square 1) then please say so, in which case I won't be interested. But if there's a simple addon or way to have a .init file in my MPMISSIONS file, that would be fantastic.

I've been googling for about an hour now and can only find partial help and scraps of information regarding the AI addition to private servers.

The server I play on had AI patrols, which were taken off for a few days because they were troubleshooting a lag problem, and then the AI were put back on. Characters were not reset during those changes.

I added the SARGE_AI last week. It doesn't wipe your database. It's simply an add-on.

JW but do the AI crash all your choppers? We had AI but it seemed like every chopper/plane on the server would get crashed after a restart. We would even find the AI bodies laying out by the chopper/planes :S Let me know if you have this issues, or if there is a fix for it, we wanted AI to but took it back out because of that! Thanks in Advance :)
