I am new to the game and the community, but I have been watching Day z on youtube for a while now. I know this is not an uncommon problem, but I can't seem to find the fix. When I try to get into a server, It states that I have the wrong version ie. V1.62 but it says I need 1.62.1095 What exactly am I missing? i just installed the mod today. I bought arma2 from Gamestop online and Used withSIX to install Dayz. Any help would be great. thanks in advance.

Hello there

It looks like your dayz version is not the same as the one on the server, check in settings in Dayz Commander.

Be aware that some servers dont use the latest version of dayz or the beta.

Also, why is it that when I try to get on a public server with only a few people on it, I get kicked immediately but im not a bandit or hacker? I only wish I had those computing skills. and that good of a computer.
