Searching for a Server

Hey everyone, I am in need of a good Dayz server. I am tired of logging into a server on Dayz Commander and finding that I spawn with powerful weapons.Can anyone suggest a server with the (or close to) following requirement:

• Minimal starting gear (Some food, drink bandages, and maybe a sidearm that isn't to powerful)
  
• My favorite maps are Chernarus, Taviana, Namalsk (Bloodsuckers on) and Fallujah( I know there aren't many servers for this one) (you can suggest a server with any map, these are just my favorites)
  
• Highest number of vehicles should be about 100
  
• Teamspeak is not necessary I enjoy the realistic direct communication, and don't like it ruined when you can talk to people on the other side of the map
  
• Friendly and mostly polite people
  
• Around 15 or so people
  
• No npc's other than zombies
  
• Have a day and night cylce, not like an only day server. (Do not care if it is default or custom)
  
• I do not care about crosshairs, nameplates, deathmessage and traces, these can be on or off
  
• I don't really like auto refueling, but it is ok
  

The bold sentences are the ones I find most important. The server does not have to fulfill all of these requirements, just post in your reply which of the requirements it does not fulfill. Thank You for your time.

Balota buddies. Teamspeak is required, but you can just put yourself in the away from keyboard channel. There are multiple servers, some custom, some vanilla (other than sound mods).

I think Grim's Salvage and company is just what you are looking for. We are new-player friendly, so you won't be griefed into hating DayZ. And we try to uphold the spirit of what DayZ is about. That means you start with a bandage and a patrol pack (we don't coddle COD kiddies here...). Also, no auto refueling... We do have NPC bandits if you are feeling adventurous, but they are well balanced and not OP. We are also the first Server in DayZ to have Dynamic Heli Crashes. We strictly enforce server rules, and our community is respectful and helpful by and large. Visit GSC-clan.org to learn more. You're right ... we have around 80+ currently online spread over several servers

• Map availability depends on what region you play
  
• Vehicle count varies ... it depends on what the population is doing. I've seen it low and i've seen it high 60 - 140ish
  
• Teamspeak is required for whitelisting and playing on whitelisted servers. you dont have to talk but you gotta be available in case something happens
  
• Friendly and mostly polite people you will ever find anywhere. Mostly
  
• We have Derpy Hooves
  
• No npc's other than zombies
  
• Night cycle is being tested/discussed along with some new ground fog feature thingy
  
• tracers off ect
  
• We have refueling as well as a wide variety of other features. Taking clothes off dead people, gutting humans, other "immersion" features

Hello :)

You can check out our server, we are mostly friendly and there are around 10-13 players now :) You dont start with much bandage, flashlight, machete, and a drink i think. But you can read more about our server here:
