It was an immediate bug detected when they were closed testing before releasing it to us alphas..

Seeing it... Isn't it more of a full sized axe? I had envisioned more of a Rick Grimes style one handed hatchet... And it's a pleasant surprise to see not only a graphic for it, but an animation, too!

Since I'm effectively being petty (sorry!), the name 'fireplace' has bothered me for a while. Where I am from, a fireplace is in your house, next to your living space. Outside it's a fire pit or some such...

I did kill a player with the hatchet yesterday, but it did not happen. Somebody else alledgedly had it happen to him though... Either way it got patched out. It was fun while it lasted.
