Ok first off thanks to everyone that tries to help with this. Anyway i have British Armed Forces and Private Military Company and operation arrowhead but i dont actually have the game Arma 2, can i still run Dayz with thos DLC's?

I don't think so. You'll need Arma 2 and OA to play DayZ.

You need Operation Arrowhead to play Dayz, but to use OA you must have Arma 2 (free edition works)

Ok thanks guys, but OA works for me without Arma 2 and where can i get the free version of Arma 2 is there a trusted site to get it from or just from anywhere

its not stealing asking where to get a supported version of arma2 from

get it from bis mate

http://www.arma2.com/free

you'll need to copy the addons folder from the arma2free folder into the arma2oa folder for it to work
