DayZ is a zombie survival game. Zombies should be a threat, and a factor in gameplay instead of just serving as player radar for CoD kids that only play to camp newly spawned bambis on the coast. DayZ became popular precisely because progress takes time and rewards patient, careful players, it was never supposed to be a game you dip in and out of for half an hour at a time.There's a million other games out there already that cater to people that want a quick fix.I love you.Seriously. In the last three weeks of playing every person we've almost killed has combat logged. This is ridiculous. if they can't deal with dying then they shouldn't play the game. Period. word.pad 24 Posted June 13, 2013 (edited) Dupe happened when my mate took out an M4A1 CCO SD with 2 Mags out of an tent, that was placed there back in patch 1.7.6.1.We played as usual, coming back to the tent after a fight to put in the catch (while a server restarted happened ~ 1,5 hours before) and when we checked the tent, the M4A1 CCO SD with exactly 2 Mags was inside the tent again.So we duped unintentionally.Similar incident happened when we put some stuff (Cans of Food, Boiled Waterbottles) inside our UAZ, after the server restart it was there again although we took and used all of the items.Thats the most exact way i can describe it.May i ask how i should fight an infection when i need like 2 hours to find an antibiotics (if im lucky) to just get infected 5mins later again?Is this like it should be?Wouldn´t make any sense to me, because you are kinda "immune" to a virus when you have consumed antibiotics.So an increase of the spawnrate (medical supplies in general) and/or a timed "immunity" would be more logical and wouldnt reduce the game to "find antibiotics".
