i follow my mood, but usually i don't kill unarmed. i must say that countless times i've seen people spared coming back with guns or hatchets and non-friendly intentions

If he's wearing a towel around his head, I don't care what he's carrying. He's dead.

True. What about survivor skins?

In Takistan you'd have super low humanity.

The other day I spawned near Kamenka. I managed to find a double barrel pretty quickly but then I ran into a group of newspawns being chased by like 20 zombies. I'm like "guys...I'm sorry but we aren't getting away from these zombies. I'm gonna have to shoot you in the legs so I can get out of here."

I was just fucking with them. We ended up teaming up for awhile.

But seriously, anywhere East of Balota airstrip, I assume that any newspawn is just a bandit who hasn't found a weapon yet. Still, I rarely KOS someone if they aren't an immediate threat.

Because there's nothing stopping me. Shooting someone doesn't have any negative affects towards me. I kill them and get free loot, nothing bad happens on my end for shooting them.

It's depends. If they're in an area where they will find a weapon, and can pose a threat to me (Stary Sabor, some farms, firestation, airfields) I might shoot. If they're armed, you can count on my shooting if I think I have a chance at getting you.

I try not to kill unarmed players (or any player if I can), but I've killed a few unarmed people. The scenario usually plays out like this:

I round a corner, run into another player, pull the trigger instinctively, pull the trigger again, and again, and then I feel really bad and apologize.

I only shoot coastals if I tell them to back off but they follow me around. I warn them to let me be, and they only need one warning, after that he ain't friendly when he picks up a gun. I've learned that, but other than that I let most people go, except the ones with bandit skins.

I don't necesseraly kill anyone, unless they pose a threat. But when it comes to dat fresh new meat, (New spawns) I usually just shoot them to knock them out, bandage, apologize, be on my way. I dont know about you guys, but to me killing new spawns is just a serious waste of ammo. ^_^

I do not, but if the unarmed keeps following me to look in my backpack i'll break the bastards legs.

I only kill them if they get close to me because they could pull out a hatchet or steal shit out of my backpack.

I don't have a problem with unarmed players, but I hate players with hatchets. They are the most erratic and suicidal of all players. All they do is zigzag run at you or just simply charge at you at close range, chasing you until they chop you or you get to shoot them.

Since i'm a bandit, armed heroes and armed bandits are kos for me

If someone has a gun and he is south,i'll try to reason with him, like "drop your gun and gtfo".

Now,if i'm north-ish(vyshnoye and up) it's kos for armed players, and "leave me alone or you die" for unarmed players.

I don't shoot unarmed players,but i will if:

-i'm in a shitty situation and everything goes to hell. One of the situations that you shoot everything that moves around you until you're the only one standing

-he's going to pick up a gun and i told him to not pick it up

-he's following me after i asked him to gtfo.in that case,i'll prob shoot his knees, apologize, and leave before he wakes up or gets morphin out of my backpack

He has the potential to find a gun, better kill him early to stop this scenario from ever happening.

Depends what their skin is. Heros are safe and sound, survivors, generally safe , but I'll fling some lead their way to scare them away and make sure they don't tail me, bandits get a slow, torturous death, starting with a shot to the balls, a shot to the legs, and me leaving them for the zeds to feast on them.

I shoot unarmed survivors on the coast for a bunch of good reasons. If the server has nametags and I recognize the guy as a jackass, he's toast. If I have good loot and he sees me, I put him down before he finds a Winchester and comes after my fancy backpack. If he's headed for Balota and I want first dibs on the military gear in there, I drop him. Same goes for supermarkets--there aren't likely to be two maps and two ALICE packs in there, so I'll be taking those and you can have this .303 bullet.

So basically, you're paranoid and untrustworthy.

I think I'm quite trustworthy. I've only ever shot one player who thought I was friendly, and that was a unique case.

As to paranoia, what do you mean? Is my belief that a supermarket will not have enough gear to equip two players irrational? When I see a guy and assume he'll shoot me because he's shot me a dozen times before on that server, am I jumping to conclusions based on inadequate evidence? When I'm disinclined to partner up with some meme-spouting squeaker, but don't want to leave him behind me to arm himself and come teabag me, am I delusional?

Being friendly and teaming up with everyone you meet isn't just about getting shot or not getting shot. A lot of the time it's about dealing with unpleasant people with whom I do not want to play videogames. If I have to choose between running in a squad made up of the Grrl Gamer, the epic helo pilot with no helo, the kid who wants a sniper rifle, the guy who reads 9gag over direct comms and the guy who uses vehicle chat to play his dubstep or shooting those jackasses and getting a free can of beans, I'll usually take the less aggravating route.

I don't shoot unarmed people, But occasionally you get the Herpa Derpa idiots that do not listen to you. They try and get close and steal stuff from your pack....Those people I shoot.

kill ppl is just for sport, kill an un-armed guy is like kill and animal on a cage

Yes the animal is on the cage and not in the cage.

``sarcasm``kill an un-armed guy is like kill and animal on a cage

I never shoot unarmed players, in fact i more often than not try and help. I actually had a guy in my sights last night in Stary (gee, that sounds seedy!) - there he was sitting in the open supermarket doorway, armed with an Mk48 which i wouldnt have minded, begging to be sniped with my DMR - and i still didnt shoot.

I honestly dont see the point of easy kills like that let alone unarmed new spawns.

I usually give people a chance to drop their weapon, but if they don't answer I kill them.

I'm not sure you understand the term 'unarmed'.
