BattleEye says I've hampered with DayZ files, when I haven't

I went to play ARMA II multiplayer today, but whenever I join a server it says I've been marked for a global ban because it has detected I've hampered with DayZ files, when I've only played DayZ a few times and definitely have not modified the files. How can I fix this?

That would be a script kiddie playing his kind of joke, its not legit.

Nothing to worry about.

Ignore it :) As said it's just a script kiddie sending messages server side, your files, game and PC are fine.

Script kiddies. Battleye actually tells you in game via global chat to ignore those messages. Don't worry, you're safe.
