So here is the question. If a hacker shows up and gives you a ton of epic stuff (like a URAL truck or an AS50 sniper rifle w/ ammo), is it wrong to use them?

It's bad in the fact that you shouldn't use things from a hacker, but you won't get banned from it, at least not by BattlEye.

Yes. Find that crap on your own. I find hacked in ammoboxes all the time. I pull the satchel charges out and destroy the box.

i say yes unless he takes away you stuff 1 in the prosess or screws you over 2

1 i had a hacker give me a m9 sd and ammo once but i had a m1911 and loads of ammo that I lost so i used it why should i do without a pistal because of some asshole (he gave me loads of other stuff and i through about 60% of it away)

2 i was running from one point of the map to my base the other side of the map ( I wont tell you where from or too to keep the location safe)

i was telleported to the other side of the map so i immediately logged

when i came back on there was a fully repaired and fueled chopper so i tolk it and used it to get back to base

the point is you have to draw you own lines and just because you are not the one hacking dose not mean you are not cheating. mainly you're self

Yeah, I agree with you all. But i did keep the as50 with a few mags. no worries, ill prolly fall off a ladder before i get to use anything (as is my usual dayz protocol). yeah this is kinda wrong....but i did pass on a free harrier so I'm not a completely bad person :D
