So, I was playing on this DayZ Namalsk server, 2/50, only one I could fine. Was just me and this 'Destructor' or something guy.

So, I'm running from a zombie, trying to lose him in the woods, when suddenly flashes of white light start appearing on my screen, with a sound that was a mix of thunder and an explosion. I nudged it off as lightning, new to the mod.

Then it sped up, and then the SKY WAS RED!

When I went to capture this on camera, I tabbed back in to myself.. dead.

What the hell just happened?

Did I get.. nuked?

An insta kill like this does not seem to fit within the balance of this Mod/Game to me. But that's the beauty of the modding world. I think this would be a frustrating thing to me, so it would only be annoying.

it's not insta kill unless you have low blood.

find the nearest building if the blowout starts and it should protect you from the blast and stop you from bleeding out.
