Looking for hardcore whitelisted server

I'm tired of hopping from server to server, and would like to settle down. Few specific criteria:

1. Needs to be fairly active, with an average of at least 20+ survivors online.
   
2. No cross-hairs.
   
3. No third-person.
   
4. Preferably no side chat.
   
5. No AS50s or M107s.
   
6. Whitelisted.
   

I would prefer a North American server, but I've been able to play EU servers.

Well, I'm willing to join a server with high-caliber sniper rifles, if it's not commonly-found.

ooo You're in luck. Best one Ive played on so far is BMRF. Put that in your filter. You need to sign up on their website. Just search for BMRF DayZ.

Follow their instructions on how to be accepted to the server.

I'll summaries.

YOU MUST SIGN UP ON TO THEIR WEBSITE ON THE PC YOU WILL PLAY DAYZ ON!

There you go.

Plus it has a Day and Night cycle.

BMRF = Billy Mays Remembrance Foundation.

The #2 server has both 3rdP and crosshairs set to off, and there's a small modification that gets rid of sidechat.

As far as I know, the M107 spawns but the AS50 doesn't.

Server #11 has proper settings too, and sidechat is off for everybody.

Both servers have very active players and are often full or close to full.

Balota Buddies has a whitelisted Chernarus Hardcore map set up. It's based out of North America. Additional perks: Once you're whitelisted for the hardcore server you can also play on our other servers: Au Public Weapons +, Au Chernarus Whitelisted, Au Namalsk whitelisted, UK Chernarus Whitelisted, Au Taviana, US chernarus Whitelisted (with modded buildings, expanded loot tables, extra vehicles).

Whitelisting process is a bit intensive but it's an attempt to keep hackers out.

I prefer close-quarters combat to constant sniper dueling. I enjoy the threat of snipers, and they would make a cool addition to the game, but as it is now sniper rifles are broken. Here's my reasoning:

As it is now, there is no reason to choose a Lee Enfield over, say, an AS-50. In real life, one would perhaps choose a Lee Enfield because it's a more versatile weapon. It's easier to handle and it's lighter. In DayZ, no such concept exists. There are only four important variables when it comes to DayZ's weapons: Damage, rate of fire, noise and sights. The fourth is easily avoided when playing on servers that allow crosshairs.
