Combined Ops or Complete Collection

I haven't yet bought an Arma 2 game yet, I wondering if it's worth the extra money to get the Complete Collection, in Steam the description for Combined Ops was mentioning that with Complete Collection Day Z would have more content, is it worth the extra money? Or is just the Combined Ops fine?

Arma 2 complete comes with HD character skins and extra Arma 2 content.

PMC & BAF are worth it if you play the game alot, and seen as this is all i play atm id say there worth the money.

With the price steam has them for today I would buy the complete collection. $19.99
