Taviana repair truck broken?

So I'm here trying to repair this heli, and I have the repair truck so close it's about to tip over the heli, and no matter what I do I never get the option to repair. I've been told to get in the pilots seat of the heli and use the scroll wheel, but I never get an option to repair. Everyone in my server is extremely unhelpful and 1/1000 times will not respond to my messages as if I'm not even talking.

Getting extremely frustrated here.

As for the truck i'm pretty sure your doing it correctly so its most likely bugged atm.

That's what I'm guessing. But earlier I was kinda teamed with a guy who had a repair truck and he just drove right up to it and repaired it seamlessly, that's the part getting on my nerves.

Hmm, could it be a client side issue?

Might pay to ask the guy you teamed up with on side how to do it

Get in the truck then get out, don't move at all , move only your mouse on the truck untill you have the options to repair it

I've read in another thread that the repair truck,once spawned will only repair the first time. Then it stops working. Can't confirm this though.I've never found one.
