Maloney (DayZ) 26 Posted March 1, 2013 Yesterday before I logged out my hydration was very low, so I opened my trusty backpack and drank a refreshing can of cola. I then proceeded to log out, but the next day when I logged on, my hydration level was dangerously low and my cola was nowhere to be found! :huh:Is this a case where I logged out too soon after drinking, or do my hydration and starvation levels decrease when offline? Charb 298 Posted March 1, 2013 no way in hell do they decrease offline, that would just be beyond harsh.you probably logged out too soon before character updated. should wait to drink the next time you play or run around for a bit to ensure it updates. aussiestig 681 Posted March 2, 2013 Your hunger and thirst don't save to the hive as often as everything else does, because it is constantly changing. What you did, was log out before it got a chance to save your thirst to the hive. Just wait 2-3 minutes after having a drink before you log off next time.
