How well will DayZ run on this computer?

Recommended Posts

Hello! I'm not sure where exactly to post this but... I thought here would be a good place to start.

I am saving up for a new computer, which is THIS!

I am currently saving my money, and my parents will meet me halfway-ish with the price. (It's for my birthday, April 1st, and no not a joke).

I just want to know how well it will run DayZ. Currently on my computer I have now, I run it as low as it can go... I dont want to lag like that ANYMORE.

Please and thank you for all and any help, much appreciated! :)

Hey dude, it should run pretty well. BUT before you buy it, think about purchasing parts instead of a pre-built. It is not only a better "bang for your buck" but it is also pretty fun to do :P But ya, if you do not want to buy parts, then DayZ should well pretty well, maybe not on full graphics, but at least on normal, so much better than your other PC! :D Hope this helped!

Sorry!

Yeah I hear purchasing parts is cheaper than buying a pre-built, but I dont have the time because I am only still a highschool kid and I dont know much about computers. Thank you for the answer! Im glad to hear it'll do well :D

The graphics card seriously needs to be beefed up, that thing is really weak. Even people with graphics card in the 500 and 600 series occasionally have some FPS issues, and those are top tier.

It's because ArmA 2 is not very well optimized. Sadly, there's nothing you can do about that except get a better graphics card.

Everything else is just great.

Really? How well do YOU think I can run it with that? :\
