Stoned Orangutan 31 Posted February 20, 2013 I cannot tell you the amount of times me and my mate's have gotten gunned down without even being talked to just for having the bandit skin. Chris529 380 Posted February 20, 2013 bandit/hero skins are useless since like it has been said you can just heal a few friends and then go out and be a bandit doesn't mean anything, also since everyone is KOS you might have to defend yourself and get the bandit skin from idiots trying to kill you. I have a bandit skin on 1 private hive server and indeed I get shot on sight most of the times even though I chat with people, give them my position (might not be the smartest thing to do, but I don't claim to be the smartest dude around :D ), and say Im friendly :) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

dallas 5195 Posted February 20, 2013 I've usually shot bandits on sight, I make an exception if I know them though.It's really easy to lose your bandit skin, if you steer clear of populated areas for a couple of hours, while your humanity regenerate. If we're up north and I see you unless you are super-kitted with an OP weapon like the AS50 I will leave you alone. If you aim at me, come near our base, or are near something valuable (ie a refueling heli, etc.) I will kill you. If you don't know I'm there and you don't start wandering in my general direction or somewhere I will be going, I will let you live. If I see a bambdit running as a fresh spawn on the beach I won't kill him. But when I see him in a town without a weapon I will, because in the next house he could find a gun and come after me.
