why do i have a global ban

i have played arma 2 now for like 6 hours including single player well im playing alot of singleplayer anyway acording to steam and i was playing dayz for abit then a hacker came trolled everyone and i lost connection. i thorght no problem as i did not have anything just some food so i reloaded dayz clicked on another server and since it has came up battleeye global ban f8a840 i just checked again and it has came up 0a704c i dont know why this has came up but i hope this issue is resolved soon.

Did you play the Single player mod for DayZ? If so, thats why.

only some SP mods have key stealers in them. so that's not definitely a cause.
