Is it possible to section off zombie spawns?

Let me explain, me and my friends run a private server and we wanted to make a really cool admin base that we and others can use, we found the perfect spot, a compound with parking space, fuel tanks and a good place for tents but the thing is, there are infinite zombie spawns there, if we kill the zombies, even more spawn, if we kill them with SD rounds, they still spawn, if we leave them alone they chase us forever, we've tried everything, even herding them out but no luck, so I was thinking, is it possible somehow to turn off zombie spawns at this one certain place (orvolets factory)? We own the server so getting gritty with the server settings shouldn't be a problem :)

Its always been that way after you kill them they spawn back. Silly you!

Yes but i'm asking if it's possible to make it so that zombies don't spawn at orvolets factory, we were planning to make it a sanctuary on our server

Zombies are pretty easy to lose at the factory, if one follows you into the factory, take it out with a handgun, instead of a Lee Enfield.

Quick question, why on earth would you make a base out at polana factory instead of just building a fort in editor or something?
