ORIGINS Release(or not so much)

Origins release has pretty much sucked.

Sure there are hundreds of players trying to play, but:

1. No Side chat - outside of being extremely entertaining at times, it is a great tool to help fellow players be aware of a hacker or to identify a hacker is on the server. afraid of voice abuse on Side chat, turn it off, I have been in a dozen servers that have figured out how to do this while still enabling Side typing.

2. Server settings - Set to REGULAR....ughh, what are we 12 and playing COD? checking my map for local enemies takes a high grade of skill, almost as much as scrolling my mouse as I look over a horizon, easily over 1000m away and being able to "spot" an enemy, and his name that I really can't even see 99% of the time.

3. Admins - do they even exist? and do they know what they are doing AT ALL? Never have I once got a reply when typing "admin" in chat ANYWHERE!

4. Salvation City - Wow, what a flop! No loot spawns, the front doors can never open(EVER), only way in is to crawl through a small hole in the wall that will break your leg about 50% of the time and make u pass out about the same %.... and Never, EVER log out on the island that Salvation city resides on, you will AT BEST get teleported about 1500m away into the ocean so next tiem you log in you get to swim for 30 minutes to shore, where you will be extremely cold, shaking and probably being shot at by the armed guards. AT WORST you will be banned for (THX FOR CHEATING)(AKA teleporting according to their noob admins). Next If you log out on the island you will lose any gear you aquired from your adventures on the island. but if you happen to make it past that certain magical spot, then log out, you are fine with ur current gear. unfortunatley only a very select few know where that magical spot is

5. Elite Guards of Salvation City - They suck! They get out shot by a FAL when they got a scoped PKP and a DMR

6. Couple #4 with the constant crashing(and crashing HARD for extended time periods) of each of the dictatored servers, and you should Never really go to Salvation City, EVER!

7. Hackers, they are on, they kill a ton of players. Coupled with #3 and the absolute lack of admins, you will get hacked, its only a matter of time. There were mortars going off yesterday on US002 into Mitrovice, killing more than 5 players before I logged.

8. New adaption of city Krasmenchk(w/e). Great job here, of making a giant hill. Thats it, you made a nice hill, congrats. Unless some of you like to see buildings that attach to the ground on one end, and float 100ft in the air on the other end, you ruined a barracks on the other side of the hole u needed to create to make your giant hill even bigger...

9. Refusal to give the community(the ones who made dayz, dayz) the files to properly play the map. Taviana.eu has some great ideas, but their dictatorish cockyness is really holding the map back. Its no wonder Taviana.com is so much more successful than Taviana.eu.

There are plenty of servers out there that would handle this map/mod soo much better. I look forward to watching you crash and burn on this.

But would you really want some expert difficulty aimbot guards shooting you the second you pop through that hole? the challenge of salvation city I find is getting there; I don't like the developers though, since all they added was an island and a few ai's that really lag the servers which they host. They give no credits to any of the creators of the things they have used in there and it all seems like a shit remake of dayz 2017.

I nearly shit myself when i saw the addition to that city. Atleast you can crawl into the general store! lol I agree with every point though.
