New animation? Jump animation?

Hey guys. So today i was playing at the normal server i almost always play on and i was running from some zombies that i had aggroed and i pressed v and did like a ninja jump parkour roll? Is this normal or just because i updated my versions?

Its a feature i have waited for, you dont need to stop and do the wierd Jump animation to go over objekts. You now just need the right timing.

Ya I'd almost prefer just a straight running jump. But it does improve the flow of things when you're trying to evade Zs. The stop-scissor-kick vault was irritating
