Has anyone else spontaneously combusted?

So I was saving a buddy at the North West Airfield, I was running near the northern barracks when he fired a ricochet bullet near me and my character ignited. I of course yelled "AWEMYGAWD" and started running around in circles, dove onto the ground and rolled around till it went away... Then was eaten alive by tons of zeds. I'm just wondering if anyone else has seen this new feature (if that is what it even is)?

Did the bullet hit a jerrycan next to you? I know you can ignite these by hitting them with axes.

I don't believe so. There were vehicles nearby but not in the line of sight of my friend.

Never seen this before, but the way the build is at the moment, I'm not surprised wierd glitches are creeping in......
