AMD A-10

Alright so after a few months of Cherno lag, I got a new processor. I was on an extrem budget so I went with the A-10 5800k. I also bought a new fm2-a85xa-g65 motherboard with 8gigs 1600mhz DDR3 RAM. Without my video card in, I am getting great results. I have not tried it with fraps yet, but it is butter smooth compared to what I was getting. I got all that for under $300. I really hope this helps someone in my position. I don't need 380 fps in my games, hell I dont need 60. 30+ is just fine for me. Hope this helps guys.

I didn't really look at the processor, but if its overclockable, crank that baby up. You'll get even better frames.

I got a pretty good cooler, so I might do that. But if I am getting 30ish I wont bother. This is a great CPU, no need to drop $200+ for one.

Well that would be because the A-10 has an HD7660D which is a pretty good GPU for a CPU/GPU combo.

I am getting about 25-30 fps in Electro. I was getting 8-10 :D. I am very happy with this thing.
