What assualt rifle, I can have any in the game

I can have any assault rifle. I wan 1 that can go medium range just find moderate recoil moderate sound (under 100) and it can't sd and it has to have decent power. I would like to be able to shoot 500m if possible

no need for a double post... umm how about the light machine gun m249 saw?

it is loud tough but if you lay down you can suppress several people and easily kill them from far away with a suprisingly low recoil.. just my opinion!

It also uses stanag rounds as some assault rifles usually do.

try dayz wiki it has a list of all guns and what there ranges and sound levels are, sounds like the M4A3 CCO is a good gun for you.

Note that guns with greater range come with high recoil or high sound (or even both!)

the M4A3 is 300m with a low recoil and moderate sound, however if 500m+ is a must the the FN FAL is a good choice due to its high damage and 500m range (but high recoil and high sound), with the M16A2 being in the middle with 400m, moderate recoil and sound.

im also going to be making runs into towns for supplies so will it be good for close combat 2 if i hipfire using the crosshairs (not in the scope crosshairs) the ones before u zoom in

You must be pretty well set up. I just use whatever I can find, the game makes the choice for me.

Your initial post sounds fishy. You have access to the entire arsenal, but don't appear to have tried any of the weapons?

Try the weapons in the Arma 2 armoury.

... and if you were thinking of doing it, don't cheat.

nah man i dont cheat its just my clan consists of 25 people who know what they are doing so over a long time we have aquired these guns

IMO the M16A4 ACOG is the best AR, I had just picked one up when I heard the drone of a Ural approaching. It was 400 meters away and closing. I lined up the shot and killed the driver, then the passenger. Two shots, two kills. I didn't have much time to enjoy my new gun and truck as I got headshoted with a Lee-Enfield when I was doing 50 or so (props to the guy who killed me)
