Survival is not a challenge at all, so what else is there to do than hoarding the best gear and vehicles, while killing people in the process?Trade. Build. Repair.I've played DayZ since August. Cobs 49 Posted January 26, 2013 Smaller size, not TOO small. Survival is more apparent with the lack of food and cold temperatures. The abundance of military weapons and smaller size does increase the player vs player aspect sure. I wouldn't go as far to say it's a deathmatch though. I learned a lot of valuable tactical skills in engaging players on Namalsk while having a great time trying to just survive. The map is also very easy to learn and navigate.
