Dat ass. His hand is a bit too small and the skull might be a bit too big. Not sure why you'd carry a skull/spine around though. Gonna make some soup?

Depth fail, the hand was supposed to be pointing forward.

Carrying parts of victims is like a trophy thing. Hunters will wear the theeth and claws of animals in their hats, necklaces etc. and will wear their pelts. Just switch that with humans.
