Bad serial given in setup

This morning I logged on to steam , got a patch for arma 2 , after that when I wanted to join a server it says Addon 'dayz_anim' requires addon 'CA_Dubbing_Counterattack' and now I cant play someone pls help , and if this is in the wrong area pls move my thread.

Run Steam as Admin, verify Arma II AO cache (right click<properties from library).

I get that error, as well as other various ones.Shouldn't be the cause to your game crashing (You did click ok and try to join?)

where did you try to update it. cause for me it depends where i update it it works or not.

I did try but it says you cannot play this mission because files are not found deleted.chernarus , I didnt update it I went to steam got a patch for arma 2 cant play arma 2 now and dayz

close steam

start steam in admin (right click and run as administrator)

right click on arma2 and properties then local files

click on verify integrity of game cache <-- do it twice

and do the same for arma2 oa

run arma2 to the menu

run arma2 oa to the menu

click in expansions

make sure the following are enabled

arma2

arma2 oa

arma2 baf lite

arma2 pmc lite

if not enable them and restart then exit the game
