(OLT) Tom 15 Posted January 14, 2013 Anyone of you most felt this at some point , when you enter a building and try to carefully enter a room to check out all the corners without exposing yourself too much problem is that your body often dont fit the door enter in certain angles which make it feel a bit clumsy fixing that will make it a lot more user-friendly , and on the same matter curtain which will have option of "close" and "open" will be much appreciated . Jonsse 69 Posted January 14, 2013 (edited) I'm assuming you mean looking around through a door inside buildings, your English is a bit hard to understand.I think Rocket mentioned this at some point, or someone did. It's clumsy for a reason. Because you're always holding a weapon, and since ArmA 2 doesn't distinguish between short and long barrels, it's made to follow an average perceived clumsiness. It's meant to simulate the difficulty of moving in closed quarters while sporting a longer barrel assault rifle. So moving inside houses is meant to feel clumsy. In regard to curtains being added, that seems like a lot of work for a small insignificant feature. DMC14 46 Posted January 14, 2013 i call bullshit. on panthera on the long barracks buildings (the ones that have two entrances one at the long end and one on the side - this is the door u get stuck on) i got killed today by zombies cause i was stuck in the door. i only had one clip for the akm i just picked up to shoot the guy chasing me but after i shot him the zombies went nuts (there was allready a few chasing me through the door i used to enter the building. and i used the whole clip to kill the other guy except 1 bullet (if it was for real i prob used that one bullet on myself)) anyway im ducking, standing and crawling like crazy to try and pop through this door but the zombies were all over me. and inside the apartments u cant turn around. seriously wouldnt you just raise the nozzle to allow urself to turn around. not everyone is unco-ordinated.
TacticalN29 89 Posted January 14, 2013 Also if you have like an Alice Pack or a Coyote Backpack you would get stuck on pretty much every door in the world if you tried to go through them sideways.
m.w. vindicator 880 Posted January 14, 2013 I wonder since weapons are now entities if the team could make certain small weapons operate better indoors

guisho 258 Posted January 14, 2013 They're revamping the interiors of the buildings so this can be almost eliminated and we can move around without "natural" harm.
