Hi, first post and dont know if this has been suggested, but here it goes. every time i spawn i have to use half an hour depending on where i spawn o get to NWA and im tired of this why cant there be selective spawn so if u got m8 in south u spawn south. in not a fan of a running sim. run i can do IRL. no need to spawn all over map but some options beside random shore side spawn

What's the point of beeing able to choose where you spawn...what's next? Spawn with an AS50 TWS???

Dying on a server should have more impact than it has now...like a respawn timer of about 5 mins. Makes deathmatching more fun.

this game is made to be hard and mysterious. knowing where you have spawned exactly breaks the mystery, and having a selective spawn would just ruin the game with everyone trying to spawn at the damn NWA. THIS GAME IS NOT GOING TO HOLD YOUR HAND, IF YOU DO NOT LIKE HARD GAMES DON'T PLAY EM.

Well this is MY suggestion stop h8ing, find it booring running around to long, half the time i play i get killed by a god damn hacker and since they will never fix that i would like to atleast choose a general are where i can spawn not nesseraly on a exact place. if u see someone get killed they go and get killed by zombs if they spawn in wilderness so why make ppl spend all day respawning, waste of time

I thought this was a thread suggesting someone making an NPC of Spawn, who gives fitness advice, motivation and Personal Trainer sessions in-game.

I think you're missing the point of DayZ slightly. The way you should be looking at is this:

You wash up on the beach and you have to survive.

If all you're thinking about is getting to the NWA then there's something wrong. You should be trying harder to not die, and if you do die, your punishment is to go right back down to the coast and start again with a little voice that whispers "try harder".

If there is a spawn anywhere near NWA, what do you think DayZ will become? Three guesses. No I'll just tell you. It will be "NWA deathmatch-with-a-few-zombies-getting-in-the-wayZ"

Then maybe you should read up on how to avoid them instead of wasting your time making suggestions that will never be implemented...

DayZ isn't a 'press X to win' game, sorry.

The current system where you spawn only at coast is just terrible.. spawns should be all around map, so ppl wont just camp coast area
